In partnership with The Pan Handler, this class will teach the basics of handling and caring for knives, including what knives to have in your kitchen and which one to use for each job. You'll learn how to chop, dice, slice, julienne, and chiffonade and hone your skills making a Pico de Gallo. Please bring a sharp chef’s knife to class. If you don’t own one, it will be provided.
