Tasting Thursday

No one in our land-locked state does seafood like our Executive Chef Marc does & you need look no further than Tasting Thursday.  This week's small plate menu & pairings features Prawns with tempura, jasmine rice & chili sauce; mussels with coconut curry & garlic crostini paired with Bethel Heights pinot gris; & Trout with spinach gnoochi & pomodor paired with Steele's Writer's Block pinot noir.  No reservations are necessary, just come on down to the Clubhouse between 5.30 & 8.30 p.m. on Thursday!
