"May your glass be ever full," is the Club's motto for this St. Patrick's Day & to assist you in attaining that status our Members' Lounge will open at 4 p.m.! Chef Marc O'Jorgensen's buffet menu will inspire gustatory descriptors : Irish Soda Bread, Garlic Mussels with steamed Penn Cove mussels, Kennebec fries and cowboy cocktail sauce; Guinness Lamb Stew of slow braised boneless leg of lamb, Guinness Stout and root vegetables; Reuben Sandwiches with shaved corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Russian dressing; Bangers and Mash of Handmade sausages, caramelized onions and smashed red potatoes; & Irish Whiskey Triffle with Seasonal berries, lady fingers and Irish whiskey cream.
